You have 7 days from the date of your consultation service to request a refund or cancellation. For scheduled consultations that have not yet taken place, you may cancel at any time before the scheduled appointment date.

Return Conditions

Return Shipping Costs

Since we provide consultation services rather than physical products, there are no shipping costs associated with returns or refunds. All refund processing is handled electronically, and any applicable refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

• Services where the consultation recommendations were not followed due to customer choice

Order Cancellation Policy

• After consultation: Subject to our standard refund policy and return period
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consultation once without additional charges if done at least 24 hours in advance

Refund Procedure

Once your refund request is approved:
